Tito’s Vodka is in support of the Women’s World Rodeo Championship

Get ready to raise your glasses, rodeo fans! The Women’s Rodeo World Championship (WRWC) has partnered with none other than Tito’s Handmade Vodka, making the renowned spirit brand the Official Vodka Partner of the 2024 festivities. This partnership promises to add an extra kick to the world’s richest women’s rodeo, and will include everything from broadcast spots to a glittering gala and even a discipline sponsorship.

Mary Ann Miller of Tito’s Vodka expressed her excitement about the partnership, noting the shared commitment to elevating women in rodeo. “It is an honor to launch this partnership with WRWC, an organization as committed to providing opportunities for women in sports as Tito is to supporting them,” she said.

As the exclusive vodka sponsor, Tito’s will be everywhere during the event. Expect Tito’s WRWC Post-Show Wrap-Up, TV-visible arena signage and custom content across WRWC’s digital platforms. In addition, they serve as title sponsors of the welcome gala and the team roping discipline, making their presence felt throughout the rodeo.

Linsay Rosser Sumpter, the WRWC commissioner, praised Tito’s for their efforts. “Tito’s brings invaluable resources and innovative enablement strategies, enriching the experience for everyone involved,” she noted.

Tito’s Vodka is not just a partner; it is a pioneer. Founded in 1995 by Bert “Tito” Beveridge, Tito’s claims the title of America’s Original Craft Vodka. Distilled in Austin, Texas, this gluten-free, corn-based vodka is still made with old-fashioned pot stills, just like it was on day one.

The WRWC Welcome Gala begins with the Back Number Ceremony, proudly presented by COWGIRL Magazine. At this special ceremony, each participant will be awarded a unique jersey number, representing their rank on the WRWC leaderboard, earned during hard-fought competitions from April 2023 to April 2024.

Ken Amorosano, publisher of COWGIRL Magazine, shared his excitement about supporting the event. “We are happy to sponsor the Jersey Number Ceremony. It is a monumental time for women in Western sports, and we are honored to recognize their tremendous impact on our cherished Western way of life,” he stated.

With a staggering purse of over $750,000, the WRWC is the most lucrative annual event in women’s rodeo, featuring top talent in Team Roping, Breakaway Roping, Barrel Racing and more, crowning an all-around World Champion .

Fans can watch the daily rodeo action and the Tito’s WRWC Post-Show Wrap-Up on several channels including the Cowgirl Channel, Cowboy Channel and CBS Sports Network during the PBR World Finals broadcast.

Since its inception in May 2020, the WRWC has awarded more than $3 million to female rodeo athletes, continually breaking new ground and setting new standards in the sport.
