Ireland cycling. The aim of the campaign is to explore, understand and tackle the barriers to cycling for teenage girls.

The #andshecycles Ambassador Program is an extension of this campaign with a focus on addressing the teen gender gap in cycling through trained student leaders who take action to enable and empower teen girls to cycle to school. During the school year, student ambassadors participated in a number of training courses, including leadership and communication, bicycle maintenance, track cycling and ambassador training, which enabled them to realize important actions within their school community.
